Product Resource

The Product Resource allows you to manage Shopware 6 products directly from your n8n workflows.
You can create, retrieve, update, and delete product records using the Shopware Admin API.

Supported Operations

Operation	Description
Get	Retrieve a single product by its ID.
Get Many	Retrieve multiple products, optionally filtered by category, stock, manufacturer etc.
Create	Add a new product to your Shopware store.
Update	Modify product details such as name, price, stock etc.
Delete	Remove a product from your store by ID.

1. Get Product

Retrieve a single product using its ID.

2. Get Many Products

Retrieve multiple products, optionally applying filters or pagination.

3. Create Product

Create a new product in Shopware.

Parameters

Field	Type	Required	Description
Name	String	✅	Product name.
Product Number	String	✅	Unique SKU identifier.
Price (Gross)	Number	✅	Product price (gross value).
Stock	Number	✅	Available stock.
Tax ID	String	✅	ID of the tax rate configured in Shopware.
Active	Boolean	❌	Whether the product is active. Defaults to true.

4. Update Product

Update existing product data.

Parameters

5. Delete Product

Delete a product by ID.

Usage Notes

Prices must include currency and tax information if you are managing multiple currencies. The node supports this by allowing the user to add multiple prices for the product. Each with a unique currency that is retrieved from the shopware instance.
